Packages are shipped within United States through USPS.Generally shipping is done through First Class Mail and it would take about 3-5 business working days. In case, the product is needed on an urgent basis the same can also be sent via priority Shipping which will take 1-2 days.(depending upon the availability of the products)
Orders are generally shipped within a day or two . In case of Terracotta Jewelry, If the product is in stock it might be shipped within the stipulated time otherwise It would take about four to five working days for the item to be made new and then to ship it.
Note that Delivery Confirmation through the USPS does not offer a signature service.
Currently, The website accepts orders only within United States of America. If you are located outside USA and would still like to place an order, Please write to us at email@example.com for me to manually calculate shipping for your products.
Returns will be accepted only in case of damages.All returns must be notified to us via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the date of receipt of the item. Returns will not be accepted thereafter under any circumstances.
After Notification and Confirmation from us the Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
The Refund will happen once we receive the items in good condition.
If you receive an item different than what was described or the product is clearly in a worse condition, Please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to report the defect/ damage.

Clearance Sale will not have any damaged pieces. Only Old STocks that needs to be gone off will be posted under Clearance Sale.If u need more pictures of the same, Please feel free to write to us at email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to the seller in the same condition you received it once we agree to that we can accept the returns.We will not be responsible for items that arrive to us damaged and hence will not be able to refund in such a case.
Refund will be done Less the Shipping charges incurred to send the parcel originally.
